When we arrive at your property the room which will house your new appliance must fall within the following guidelines. Please read them carefully to ensure that installation will be possible on the day of delivery.

Hot Zone – The area directly above and to the side of your cooker.

Is the ‘Hot Zone’ area clear of items such as curtains, electrical sockets and damaged wallpaper, and is there enough of a gap between your cooker or hob and anything above it (usually a minimum of 65cm)?

Our engineers will ensure the size of your electric circuit is suitable for the appliance you have bought. Our team can down grade your supply to a lower amp, but won’t be able to upgrade to a higher amp.Electrical Connection

Electricity Supply

In order for us to connect your appliance we’ll need to isolate your electricity supply. Our engineers will need access to an an accessible cooker switch and fuse box.Electricity Supply
